Something to do with glass being found in baby food, do not this its a terrorist plot, I think its an accident.

HOUSTON - H-E-B issued a recall Wednesday of its entire line of H-E-B baby foods, KPRC Local 2 reported.As of Wednesday afternoon, all H-E-B baby food products were removed from shelves due to a few customer reports of pieces of glass being found inside H-E-B's baby food jars of peas, carrots and applesauce.According to Winell Herron, the grocery store chain's vice-president of public affairs, there have been no reports of injuries associated with the incidents, however, the company is taking the issue very seriously and taking all necessary precautions.?Though these reports have been isolated to just a few products in the H-E-B baby food line, as a company, we are committed to absolute and complete food safety. As a result of that commitment, coupled with the fact that we are dealing with a children?s product, we have made the decision to pull all of our H-E-B baby food from our shelves,? Herron said.Herron went on to say that the company would launch a full investigation into the incidents and work closely with suppliers to ensure all safety measures are being taken when manufacturing the product.The company is encouraging anyone who has any H-E-B baby food product in their pantries to return them to their nearest H-E-B store for a full refund.Based in San Antonio, H-E-B employs more than 60,000 people and serves millions of customers in more than 150 communities throughout Texas and Mexico.

Mead Johnson is conducting a voluntary recall of one batch of baby formula because it contains metal particles.

Consumers who bought Gentlease Powder Infant Formula in 24oz. cans with the batch number BMJ19 are asked to stop using it, and call Mead Johnson at:
